If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?
Yes and no. For a 31' this is a great boat, this was my first sailboat. Knowing what I know now, I would have bought a bigger boat, i.e. 38 - 42.

The boat's best features
Huge cockpit, good and bad, great when entertaining, terrible when rails in the waterWonderful creature comforts, wife loves all the drinkholders. Galley great for a 31'
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.
Flip up tables in the cockpit. Velcro pops open all the time and the mounting screws pulled out ( i drilled holes and attached with bolts)
Sailing characterisitcs
Fun to sail in under 20mph winds, perfect for the bay i sail. Easy boat to learn on and sail.
Motoring characterisitcs
Motors just fine.
Liveability
For 2 people it is just fine. Weekends with 4 adults gets tight real quick. No privacy for v-berth.

The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any
Salesperson Toni Tumas @ Tidewater Marine very knowledgable about sailing and hunters. Great buying experience.Service has been another story. Generally they have been great and attentive for normal things. Had them do rigging for a spinnaker and I must admit, I should have done it myself.
