If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Probably,because it is a good boat to handle and a good beginner boat to start out with.  
Gear that's been added Some signet gear and a bunch of inside work  
Structural or complex improvements none  
The boat's best features It is a fast boat and that it handles real well in nice strong winds.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Nothing  
Sailing characterisitcs I've experienced gale force winds and massive storms and the boat handled real well.  
Motoring characterisitcs motered across lake michigan  
Liveability Very comfortable with 4-5 peaple with you
