The boat's best features Storage, sailing aility, accomations  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Components and structural integrity has been good.  
Sailing characterisitcs Well balanced to windward.  
Motoring characterisitcs Adequate power for most situations; effective motor sailing qualities.  
Liveability It is extremely good.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) I have contacted them a lot, and they have been very patient and helpful.  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any They (Nortons) brokered the boat and were very helpful. They gave me a qualitiy of service that you would only expect if they had been selling a new boat.
