If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? YES, EXCELLENT VALUE. BOAT PROVIDES A GOODLEVEL OF COMFORT AND IS VERY STABLE. RELATIVELYEASY FOR TWO OLDER ADULTS TO HANDLE. ENGINE A LITTLE UNDER POWERED.  
Gear that's been added HAVE ADDED 150 GENEOA, STERO IN/OUT, NEW HEAD,ALL LINES REPLACED. BIMANI FOR THE HOT GEORGIASUMMERS. FANS AND REVIEWING A/C DESIGN  
Structural or complex improvements NONE WAS NECESSARY. PHILOSOPHY DO NOT MESS ABOUT.SAIL THE BOAT AND ENJOY. THE ENTERIOR WAS SANDEDAND VARNISHED BY A PROFESSIONAL. LOOKS GREAT.NOW HAVE TO TAKE OFF BOAT SHOES.  
The boat's best features SAILS WELL UNDER LAKE CONDITIONS. COMFORTABLE ASAS A DAY/OVERNIGHT BOAT. LPG STOVE WOULD BE A BETTER IDEA.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. SOME WATER LEAKS NEAR OVERHEAD PLASTIC SLIDE. SOLVED BY DRILLING SMALL HOLES TO LET WATER DRAIN.BETTER DESIGN REQUIRED TO PREVENT WATER FROMGATHERING ON OVERHEAD PLASTIC SLIDE. BETTER WATERDRAINAGE FROM COCKPIT FLOOR.  
Sailing characterisitcs BOAT SAILS VERY WELL UNDER LAKE CONDITIONS. WINCHES A LITTLE SMALL FOR ABOVE 10 KNOTS. STEERSVERY WELL AND TRACKS WELL.  
Motoring characterisitcs ENGINE A LITTLE SMALL. TWO CYL ECONOMICAL BUTBACKING OUT FROM DOCK WITH WIND TO STERN CAN BEA LITTLE TRICKY. VERY LIITLE MAINT REQUIRED.  
Liveability CONFORTABLE FOR TWO ADULTS. HEAD SHOWER NEEDS TO BE RETHOUGHT WITHREGARD DRAINAGE.
