If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? No....I would save for a higher quality boat  
Gear that's been added It was and is fully loaded with electronics and canvas  
Structural or complex improvements Not improvements but repairs to the keel, diesel, and many fiberglass repairs  
The boat's best features Low cost  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Too numerous to mention  
Sailing characterisitcs Slow in light air......dangerous in heavier air

Liveability Forget it.......
