Liveaboard? No  
Owner bought the boat in 2006  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Most definitely this boat is Hot! Great performer. Roomy, Just incredible!  
Gear that's been added Oh yeah! marine airconditioner w/heat, Icebox conversion ac/dc, Dodger, roller furling, houshold size marine toilet bowl(my gf loves this!)  
Structural or complex improvements Not Yet

Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.  
Sailing characterisitcs Points real well  
Motoring characterisitcs still working on this I am still not sure what my consumption rate is.  
Liveability I can stay weeks at a time with no problems except for taking shower on the inside.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) No help at all! poor customer service. Hunterowners.com is great other owners a very happy to help each other.
