Liveaboard? No  
Owner bought the boat in 2000  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Hell yeah! This boat RULES!  
Gear that's been added Main Outhaul, Jib Furling, Outboard motor bracket for easy handling, Propane Stove, Some wiring changes, a small extension pole for the tiller so i can sit on the side.  
Structural or complex improvements Nope!  
The boat's best features It is very responsive, very forgiving, the hull is very strong and yet it is light enough for me to push myself of any dangerous situation.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Damn wiring is always getting messed up. Doesn't bother me much though. Would like more bed and bathroom space... but you can't ask for much more on a 25 footer  
Sailing characterisitcs This boat is perfect to teach you to get the feel of a cruising spirit. It is the perfect cross between a daysailer and a cruising boat.  
Motoring characterisitcs The boat handles very well with the outboard motor. Although I keep it on a mooring so I took off the motor and don't use it anymore...  
Liveability Its not a boat for living... It is great to stay for a two weeks at the most
