The boat's best features Well, I like the fact that it has lots of storage space in the cabin.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Though there may be a lot of space in the cabin, there is a space under the cockpit that can only be accessed through a small opening on the starboard side. It would be a good space for a water tank. If this space could be accessed in a more convienet location, it would be more useful/
Sailing characterisitcs This boat sails great, in fact the previous owner of our boat had it rigged for racing. It sail great in most winds. We have two genoas and we have gotton up almost max hull speed with just our smaller genoa in about 20 mph winds. It sails well, and has a natural feel.
Motoring characterisitcs We use a Suzuki 8hp long shaft 2-stroke outboard. Motoring is fine when in open waters, but close spaces can be tough, like in the marina. Our suzuki can will push our boat about 6-7 mph.
Liveability Can't sleep five big people, We have slept 3 on it before.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any
Other comments The grey non-skid doesn't look good after 19 years. Fades and leaves some areas greyer that others
