If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Still too early to tell. I think I did my homework, and I fully expect to enjoy this boat for years to come. I will report back in an few months.

Structural or complex improvements No.  
The boat's best features roominess, clean, easy to handle.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. nothing yet.  
Sailing characterisitcs seems pretty stiff, weather helm. lots of fun.  
Motoring characterisitcs too early to tell.  
Liveability In a word, wonderful. Lots of headroom, storage, living space for a couple (no kids).
