Liveaboard? No

If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? yes  
Gear that's been added furler, bimini, vhf, gps. anchors  
Structural or complex improvements  
The boat's best features family station wagon  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.  
Sailing characterisitcs weather helm in winds around 18 knots  
Motoring characterisitcs in reverse it crabs to starboard, the installed yanmar is underpowered in coastal tides and currents  
Liveability a 30' is sparse but livable for short periods  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any  
Other comments I like the older models (pre 80's) for strenth
