The boat's best features Like the head room and beam.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. V berth not long enough for tall people. Bathroom too small and rear cabin cramped. Table should collapse into sleeping area.  
Sailing characterisitcs Heels hard when winds above 15 knots. have to reef in sails for comfortable ride. Does not sail downwind well.  
Motoring characterisitcs Like the 15 hp yanmar diesel. Question have exhaust fumes puffing into cockpit via drain holes?
