If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? maby i like the way she sails and comfort is adiquate but she needs something new every time i visit  
Gear that's been added she's got a big 150% roll ferrald head sail, 2 stage batt charger micro wave 2 12 volts  
Structural or complex improvements  
The boat's best features her price and the quality that such a bargen buys  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. more deck structureal suppot a 200 pound man makes it bow. repairs are enevatable the table arround the mast is too big
