The boat's best features This is my third Hunter. I love the way they sail and you get alot of boat for your money.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. The universal 8 hp. engine.  
Sailing characterisitcs I have owned the 31' 22' and now the 27' they all sail like ther bigger then they are. I have been in 35 knots of wind and never got wet yet not even on the 22'.  
Motoring characterisitcs I hate motors and wished we all had battery operated motors.  
Liveability My wife and two boys 7&3 years of age have plenty of room, more when there sleeping.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) No I have not dealt with Hunter directly
