I struggled trying to get access to change the Racor 230 primary fuel filter. Finally figured out that removing the grey plastic air intake muffler would improve access. Only takes a couple of minutes to remove the muffler and then theres room to get a set of filter pliers onto the cartridge. I have replaced here with a 10 micron filter although original was 30 microns. Hand tightened only!
