A swim ladder is a very useful improvement to the H216.

It allows you to easily get back in the boat whether the boat is in the water or on the hard. This has been by far my most important improvement. The brackets on my swim ladder were not long enough to mount so I used some aluminum strips to make the ladder fit. The bolts go through to the inside of the boat as one of the pictures shows.
