Hello all....I new to the Hunter sailboat world. I recently found a 1981 Hunter 22 for (what I thought) was a good price. It is very clean as far as not being full of holes, spider cracks, etc. The previous owner bought the boat primarily for the mooring buoy for his boat, and decided he didnt have the time to clean her up and sell her as planned. The inside looked very dirty, but I am finding the dividing wall may have to be replaced because of holding interior water during the winter after a tree limb busted the plexiglass sliding hatch. Any suggestions on what I replace the dividing wall with? I will keep adding pics with every step of the rebuild. ANY and ALL suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I am not new to sailing, but have never had a project to this extent. Updates to come!

So, Ive done quite a bit of work. Bulkheads were replaced and all trim was refinished throughout boat.
