Marine Air Cabin Mate 12,000 BTU unit test fit into locker before adding plumbing below and ducting above and forward into main salon.
Once completed, it was a tight fit.

Installed intake adjacent to engine raw water intake plumbed to strainer and pump seen on right before routing under aft bunk to port locker.
The only unique part of this was including a venturi tube on the compressor water discharge through which any condensate water will be pulled rather than having to deal with extra sumps or discharging condensate to the bidge.
