Leading aft I cut a 3 hole (using a good hole saw on my drill) and ran the hose parallel to the exhaust.

Further aft and up to an inline blower (3)mounted to a plywood block epoxied to side of locker

Placed a vent on side of locker and attached the 3 hose. I ran power through the port wire chase, form the switch panel breaker to the helm and put a swithch above the key. Then ran the power to the blower. Works great!
