Rubbing rudder repaired

Theres not a whole lot to show, except before and after shots. The think I did to keep it from rubbing, was up topside, above the shaft log for the rudder post, on the opposite side of where the manufacturer put a bearing, I put in another bearing. I used starboard material with a little grease between the two pieces. I remember reading in this forum before it was changed, where someone in one of the first H37s, built a shelf and bearing for the top of the rudder post because there wasnt one to begin with. The one thing you can see in these pics is where the guys that painted it, lowered the waterline back to where it was originally. Enjoy, sailh37@yahoo.com
