The new PHII on a compact base fits to the aft (stage left, or to the left as you sit on the head) from where the orginal Jabsco fit.

The PHII uses a lever type pump handle that sticks up higher than the Jabsco pump. Therefore the shower seat/cover wont go all the way down with the lever in place.

You can easily remove the lever and the lid will go down to the planned position. (This was you can also keep the handle out of the hands of abusive head device destructors!
