This is the photo I left out of the previous post. You can see I repalced the doulbe sink faucet with a single lever. also made a cutting board out of starboard to place over the other sink for food prep. Made the teak sliders taller so that they hold more goods. Replaced with eadge molding which I think looks alot better than the original. the space open is so that the micro door opens all the way. I really like the new refrig/freezer as previously stated. There is no problem with sailing as it is secured. There is a huge storage area under the micro. I removed the old icebox, which was a major project. Those of you who think Hunter did not use alot of insulation are saddly mistaken. The latch on the engine cover is to hold it down very tight. I sealed all joints inside with silicione and added weatherstripping so that it is air tight. I added an airtake vent in the cockpit and a powered exhaust vent on the stern. Now there is no engine smell and the engine runs quieter and cooler. I added a 48 12V flourescent light above the prep area on the starboard side. Plexiglass works great and looks nice.
