I found a really cheap and easy way to get cockpit cushions for my Hunter 34. I was in my local K-Mart (can you say Blue Light Special?) and noticed they had some pool floats that were blue on one side and green on the other, about 1.5 thick. These are the sort of pool floats that have the rolled headrest at one end.

Anyway, for $15 each, I thought they would make great cockpit cushions. So after a little careful trimming, voila - reversable boat cushions for $15 each.

I also included a photo of my new three bladed prop. Waiting aroud for the diver to come to install it today.

Thought I would include a photo of my new bimini as well. When I bought my boat, there was an old bimini but the sunbrella was shot and it was torn from a recent hurricane. So I used the old one as a pattern and got to work. Turned out really well.

Notice the water jugs ... not only do they provide extra water, but they also help with that annoying starboard list the Hunter 34s are famous for.
