Looks OK but pump parts worn-out and rebuild kit cost $65.00 New head on sale for $119.00 with $20.00 rebate. A no brainer.

Old Head

Install new hoses 2 years ago. Odor started again. Old trick is to wrapped in plastic wrap to keep down the smell.

Cut and fit all parts and index mark all fittings in their proper angles, before gluing.

New PVC Pipe

Pulled out old hose from head.

Old Inlet Hose

Could only fit a 48 lenght of pipe under the V-berth, then feed pipe back to head along the hull of boat.

New Inlet Pipe

A shot of the PVC pipe being feed past an inspection port.

Feeding PVC Pipe to Head

Had to file and sand the hole a little to get the PVC pipe through opening.

PVC Pipe at Head

Because I could only get 48 of pipe under the V-berth I had to add a 16 extension to the pipe to reach elbow on new head. What I should have done was to add the extension to the other end under the V-berth. It would have looked better. O Well!

I can shut off the flow from the tank if I need to work on the system.

Tank Outlet Valve

By opening and closing valves, I can direct waste to the deck pump-out or to the macerator pump. Works like a Y valve, a little more work to operate but alot cheaper than a Y valve.

Valves For Deck Pump-Out

Here is a shot of the inlet pipe from the head to the tank. I used flexible 1 1/2 female to female couplers to connect the PVC pipe to the fixtures.
