Installing Kiwi Feather Prop

Removed the old 2 blade fix prop.

Coated the Kiwi Prop with of antifouling paint.

Removed old 2 blade prop.

Removed Old Prop

Placed new kiwi Feather Prop on shaft.

Placed New Prop

The I/2 nut is tighten to ten foot pounds of torque, I used a pipe wrench to hold the shaft from turning.

Loctite was applied to the two locking set screws.

The two locking set screws where installed hand tight.

It took 30 minutes to complete the whole job. The Kiwi Feather Prop cost me $1,250.00.

John was very helpful in getting the right prop for my H 31. I just cant wait till I get the boat in the water to try it out. Will update on performance. This was the easiest upgrade I have done to my boat so far.
