I had numerous problems with the original Ultra Panel installation on my 45cc. I had several relays fail and found the system to be overly complicated and unreliable. The instance that prompted me to rewire it was when one of the relays started to smoke. With the assistance of an electrical engineer we were able to simplify the system and use a Sea Blue shore power/generator switch. We eliminated all of the problematic relays and the new system has been 100% reliable. I mounted the new switch where the CO monitor is located on the port side above the circuit panels.
