This is the story of a rescued boat from Craiglist, I actually have rescued multiple sailboats off that site for next to nothing (first 20 footer was actually free. so I found this boat for 800 bucks, after looking at it I decided it was a good deal, sold the restored 20 footer for 500, so paid 300 out of pocket for this H30. The series of photos has been taken since last fall, I have had to complete fiberglass and repaint the deck with anti skid paint. The first photos are what I started out with. Mast received new standing and running rigging, before stepped back onto boat. bottom needed to be sanded and repainted. All new engine, bearings, shaft installed. Oh and the engine was acquired off craiglist also for 350 with a locked up transmission. I am in the process of rebuilding the tranny should be done in a week. Will post more photos when I am launching which hopefully should be next month.
