The lower mount is under the furler mount and secured to the hull/deck joint by the 3/8 ubolt.

The anchor and track is below the furler on the starboard side. The front of the anchor is centered with the bow and the slight offset clears the furler with the chain lining up with the hole in the anchor locker cover.
