General condition and any additional information

9 Months ago I decided to purchase a sailboat, work remotely from it, and sail from Massachusetts to Key West. It’s been the greatest 9 months of my life and I hope to pass this on to the next person. Sandy Cheeks is her name. She has an aft cabin and V birth, as well as a salon with a convertible dining table and side bench. Therefore giving two private rooms, and in total can sleep up to 7. The Wifi works along the entire East Coast. I’ve taken many zoom conference calls while sailing 10-20 miles offshore. The solar and battery setup is designed to sustain up to 3 people working 40 hour work weeks without any issues. All the random boat stuff, cooking equipment, and safety equipment that you didn’t know you needed is already purchased. Sandy cheeks is fully equipped and ready to sail away tomorrow. AND it comes with a dinghy Westmarine 10’ PVC. Everything below was newly installed within the past year unless otherwise noted. Engine Yanmar 3GM30F - completely rebuilt.
