We needed a new depth finder since our old analog one quit working. While we were at it we decided to go ahead and get something that would help us with navigation as well. We ended up getting the Lowrance Hook 7 with US inland waterways maps. Best investment ever. Now we have a 7 screen with depth, charts, water temp, sonar, and a few other bells and whistles I dont know how to use yet. The thru-hull transducer is very accurate.
