H15 Clew Outhaul Setup Take 2

I have changed the V Cleat that held the outhaul line with a two part cleat from the UK Clamcleat company. This one has an accessory 'Keeper'. The main advantage is that this setup overcomes the problem of the line being cleated accidentally when you have released it. I have also removed the little fairlead.(see previous photo on blue background).
