A Simple Clew Outhaul

I didn't want to install an internal clew outhaul as illustrated in the H15 manual because I had 'foamed' the boom along with the mast to help prevent turning turtle if/when I lay her down in a gust. There isn't much room between the clew and the end of the boom saddle and therefore to get some mechanical advantage I had to mount a second block, a cheek block, on the side and lead the line through a fairlead jamcleat and pad eye.
