If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes, good learning boat, needs more balast for bay and open water.

Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Rubber seat gromets need to be replaced about once a month. The seats cut them in half.Difficult to sail alone with out roller furling. Can not let helm go to go foward when wind picks up to 20 knots.

Liveability Good for a day sailer. We have lived onboard for a week using a marinea to tie up at night.
