Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Leak from fuel tankWindow leaksleak in fwd water tank.  
Sailing characterisitcs Needs at least 10 knots to move alongfirst reef at 18second reef at 25  
Motoring characterisitcs Fuel filtration setup is stupid and hard to service when engine is hot and that is usually when you need to get to the filters.Otherwise OK
