Structural or complex improvements NOTHING COMPLEX - REGLASSED THE DELAMINATED ANCHOR HATCH, NEEDTO GLASS THE RUDDER,WHICH HAS A LOTOF CRACKS  
The boat's best features INTERIOR LAYOUT, EASY TO TO SINGLEHAND. I THINK IT IS A GREAT SAILINGBOAT  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. GEL COAT CRACKS ON DECK,IN COCKPIT.POOR DRAINAGE OF WATER UNDER CABINSOLE TO SUMP. MAST "PUMPS"IN A BEAMWIND AT DOCK (VORTEX SHEDDING). SOMEMOVEMENT OF HULL AT PORT SIDE V-BERTH AREA NEAR SINK FORWARD BULKHEAD ON A STARBOARD TACK.  
Sailing characterisitcs HAVE TO REEF EARLY SINCE BOAT IS TENDERSEEMS TO ME TO BE FAST AND COMFORTABLE.UNDER POWER, VERY MANEUVERABLE AND BACKSSTRAIGHT AS AN ARROW
