If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes, excellent boat for the money.  
Gear that's been added Heat Pump, Refrigeration, GPS, Cockpit Cushions, Racor Filter, Interior, Peek-a-Boo Shades, LP Stove, Electrical Panel Meters, 2 add'l Batteries and second charger, Autohelm 4000 remote,  
Structural or complex improvements Heat pump, refrigeration, elec. panel, and extra batteries  
The boat's best features Excellent interior space, sails well.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Rebuilt rudder.  
Sailing characterisitcs Sails well, cruising spinnaker works well, will sail wing-on-wing, and close on the wind. Has handled 28 knot winds.  
Motoring characterisitcs Motors very good at about 6 knots.  
Liveability Have spent as long as 9 days on board and hated to get off.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Good, I visited the factory and got a zerox copy of the original owners manual.
