How the boat is used Multi-week coastal cruising  
Normal wind strength 16-22 knots

Liveaboard? Yes  
Owner bought the boat in 2004  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? yes  
Gear that's been added new rig new sails new lp on hull and decks new ball valves seacocks new yanmar 3gmf new lewmar 48s new floors new asymertical spinnaker new pole redone keel about 80k total  
Structural or complex improvements no need a this time  
The boat's best features roomy for size averages about135 miles per day easy to maintain  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. marine head  
Sailing characterisitcs all conditions to about 45 knots and 20 feet sea state the boat sails well to weather broad reaching ddw but is a bear beam reaching to much sail  
Motoring characterisitcs 24 hours at a time  
Liveability for size its good we use setee table to makecomfortable berth aft cabin not suited for tropics  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) have not  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any its easy when you pay cashits a lot of boat for the money.the boat is much better than the 2 catalina 30s that I owned
