If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes  
Gear that's been added cockpit cushions, margarita stern seat cushions and back support cushions. Also added a new mainsail cover. After 10 years, the velcro just wouldn't hold. Looking at A/C and Raymarine Autopilot as next additions.  
Structural or complex improvements Previous owner had made nice professional changes to hanging lockers, converting them to shelf lockers.  
The boat's best features It's openess and comfort for sure. It's a pleasure to sailing.
