Owner bought the boat in 2007  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? yes  
Gear that's been added chartplotter..lazy jacks..flag halyard..grille..dual propane W/electric isolator valve..gimbal stove..generator..coast gaurd approved waste tank  
Structural or complex improvements recently ive ground the bottom of the drain holes at the bottom of the hatch where the bottom hatch board goes..the bottom of the smallest board was always wet because the track was holding water..so i dremeled the slots to be flush...they drain nice & i dont have a wet hatch board anymore  
The boat's best features nice n beamy..ease of sailing..almost flat deck  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. fixed windows..leaky sliding hatch  
Sailing characterisitcs winds less than 10 knots...i spank everybody!  
Motoring characterisitcs lil vibration under 800 rpm  
Liveability very nice w/ marine air..refrig..water heater..aft stateroom  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any florida yacht charters...nice people  
Other comments its tha bomb
