If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes, This has been my first sail boat after 12 power boats. We have spent 2 months at a time on trips ranging from the FL Keys to all of the Bahamas.  
Gear that's been added Plasma TV w/DVD, Marine AirAC, Map Tech Softwear, 2 GPS, Built in laptop pc, 12v outlets, Sirius Sat Radio, Iridium Sat Phone w/internet, New LED Lighting through out, 400 ah battery banks, solar panel, 2 additional anchors for a total of 3,  
Structural or complex improvements  
The boat's best features Tough vessel, handle the Gulfstream well. Solid and reliable.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Access to bildge is limited, needs swim platform, (this year)

Motoring characterisitcs Yanmar could use a bit mor HP

Other comments I was loking for a 88 to 92 when Johnny our broker told me about this boat, it was maintained to a level that most 1990's were not, the Yanmar was in perfect shape, new standing rigging, and a spare part for everything on the boat. The previous owener was a perfection freak. Not a blister on the hull
