Structural or complex improvements  
The boat's best features cabin size for length of boat is quite impressive.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Traveler is in the way of companionway. head is a bit cramped.  
Sailing characterisitcs points quite well.  
Motoring characterisitcs Nothing unusual.  
Liveability Great weekender. Would be cramped for extended periods of time, however, that's not what this boat is meant for.
