If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes, very roomy for a 27' boat. It has all the comfort of a bigger more expensive model at a fraction of the cost.We are very satisfied with our investement.  
Gear that's been added auto pilot,harken traveler system .  
Structural or complex improvements none  
The boat's best features cost of maintenance is low, very roomy for a 27'  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. none  
Sailing characterisitcs sails very well, very solid under normal wind conditions(10 to 15 knots)  
Motoring characterisitcs the yanmar diesel works great and is very good on fuel.  
Liveability most roomy 27' sail boat I have ever been in, she has all the comfort items including hot and cold water marine head with mancerator and holding tank, shower,galley with sink, gas stove, she sleeps 4 comfortably, ac/dc with shore power, there realy isn't much missing !  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) never dealt with them.  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Brokers eat what they kill !!!!!
