The boat's best features Good solid sailing boat. Easy to sail single handed.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.  
Sailing characterisitcs Must watch sail area in gusty wind conditions, when boat is over powered it turns into the wind very quikly.Great down wind and on abroad reach  
Motoring characterisitcs Boat has a small under poweed 1 cylinder 8 hp renault diesel engine, has been reliable but works hard in windy conditions. But It is a sail boat.  
Liveability Ok for weekends but not spacious enough for a family of four if staying out any longer.
