If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Without any doubt.  
Gear that's been added Upgraded faucets in galley and head. Installed a splash guard in galley. Installed condensator for A/C drain. 17" monitor/TV and DVD player. Cloth curtains. Home grown companionway doors. Home grown trash container under counter on rails. Fender supports on lifeline stancions. Deck light on mast at first spreaders to light anchor area.  
Structural or complex improvements  
The boat's best features Roller furling main. Electric windlass Stainless steel arch with traveler on top. Storage, storage, storage.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. None.  
Sailing characterisitcs WInds to 35 knots.  
Motoring characterisitcs Typical of a sailboat, not good in reverse initially.  
Liveability Wonderful.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Customer service is the best.  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Great dealer, Ship and Sail, Clear Lake Texas near Houston.  
Other comments This is my third new Hunter in a row.
