Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. nothing so far  
Sailing characterisitcs sails well close hauled and beam reach  
Motoring characterisitcs motors well a little under powered in heavy current  
Liveability gets smaller the longer you live on it  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) very good  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any saolors wharf was great
