Review of the Hunter 34 by Dave Shore

If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? yes, I have only had the boat for one season, but it has been great in open ocean  
Gear that's been added Generator, new hatches all around  
Structural or complex improvements This boat has a swim platform with hot  
The boat's best features Space inside, solo handling.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Leaks, have had my share, hard to find but fixable.  
Sailing characterisitcs She is a fairly fast boat, easy to handle.  
Motoring characterisitcs I have a westerbeke 21hp on mine, at 2800 rpm she tools along at 6 knots with a 2 blade folding prop.  
Liveability Excellent, plenty of room.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) No experience  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Tidewater Marina in Havre de Grace, nothing but excellent help from them.
