If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?
Gear that's been added YES, upgraded autohelm, rollerfurling, rewired 90% replaced compression post with real wood instead of 2 2x4s, replaced main cabin floor, installed anchor washdown pump, added batterys to bank. other small stuff bimini, etc.
Structural or complex improvements yes, moved fuel tank to right rear starboard, made deep storage locker with access from above or below decks
The boat's best features handleing, fun to sail, roomie enough for our purposes
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. wheel too big hard to get around
Sailing characterisitcs no heavey weather yet
Motoring characterisitcs dependable, with regular maintainence, put dripless shaft on last winter jury still out on that
Liveability will know next year when we take off
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any very straight foward, and they take cash.
Other comments fun boat and getting everything i expected out of it so far.
