Structural or complex improvements No  
The boat's best features Roomy cabin, yet has privacy.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. No stern rail, shallow sink,no place for ice box, except where you step down, very smalltable, storage gets wet.  
Sailing characterisitcs Likes to heel. Pleasant.  
Motoring characterisitcs With my 8 h.p. we're not motoringanywhere fast.  
Liveability Needs refinement. We're working on it.
