If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes  
Gear that's been added New riggings, autopilot, dingy, barbecue, bimini top, Dodger, new seacocks and thruhull fitings, cockpit shower, new floor, new sail cover, new cusmetic, new toilet pump, new bottom paint and GPS.  
Structural or complex improvements Yes, new master and riggings.  
The boat's best features space, speed and can be handle well on solo.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Furling system (HOOD) the halyard has been crab by the system on the top of head stay. Also, the rod of chain plate anchor was broke by currosion.  
Sailing characterisitcs The boat seams to tip too much.  
Motoring characterisitcs The motor evethough is 22Hp Yanmar seam to be weak for this boat, or the propeller of two blade is not the desired one maybe three blade propeller might work better.
