Missed adding this photo of the twist lock buttons for the front window panel that opens up to allow cool air to flow through. Normally, when you unzip the front window panel most boats are set up to role up the front panel and secure it with straps and button snaps. No need for that with my modification. By adding male twist lock buttons to the underside back of the dodger I swing the window panel that has mating female twist lock button holes back and secure the panel without the need to role it up.
The PO had used button snaps throughout, which I dislike. Much prefer the twist lock style buttons for securing canvas to the boat. Stronger, more secure, less likely to let loose in a blow. Reused the old snap button holes with a bit larger screw.
