As any owner of a Hunter 240 will agree, there is very little accessible storage in the cabin. To combat this problem, I built a small wooden cabinet and placed it on the top of the sink area. This cabinet has an adjustable storage shelve inside, magnetic door, and a railing on the top for maps, etc. This has been a life saver for storing that stuff you need right away! I hope this helps.
